LM49450: VCC_IO33V and VCC_LVS5V is short circuit when we using the LM49450

Part Number: LM49450

Dear,

We found the VCC_IO33V and VCC_LVS5V is short circuit when we using the LM49450 in the PCBA .Which will  lead to MCU overvoltage and the mcu can't work normal.

PS: The ripple of he VCC_IO33V and VCC_LVS5V is normal

could you help share the more detail block diagram about the LM49450 ,and give some suggestions for the issue

SCH is as below

  • Hi Hope,

There is not more information than what's shown in the data sheet.
I think we haven't seen an issue like this before. Is this a short between supplies? or short from both supplies to ground? Have you verified this is not caused by any hardware/connection problem.

  • Dear Ivan Salazar,

After measuring the LM49450,we had found there have a short between the PIN10 and PIN 18、PIN24 in the LM49450. So I confirm the issue isn't caused by hardware

    Thanks a lot
