    Hi Huixin,

    Could you please check the voltage on Pin #1 SD? Output is Hi-Z if set SD to low(less than 0.8V), and output is enabled if set SD to HIGH(higher than 2V). So the voltage on SD pin should be higher than 2V when palying music.

    If SD is in high state, please remove D8 and measure the voltage on Pin #2 FAULT. If FAULT is low, it means there is DC detect fault or OC fault. Check the input signal, whether there is a large DC. And check the output circuit to see if there is short. Make sure the voltage on Pin #14 (AVCC) is high level.
