TLV320ADC3101EVM-K: Control Software of USB-MODEVM show nothing on the main board when connected.

I checked many times between the boards and user guide. but the CS still show nothing on the main board. I am the administrator now. Could you help me?

I am using USB-MODEVM and TLV320ADC3101EVM. Thanks.

    Hi, Keyzon,

    Welcome to E2E, Thanks for your interest in our products!.

    This is a common issue that usually is fixed by running the software as administrator (right click to .exe file, then select "Run as Administrator"). If that doesn't work, probably you can try running the software in compatibility mode. Can you please describe your Operating system conditions?.
