TLV320AIC3104: Noise coming from the DAC

The schematic seems to be all in order. I only recommend to leave the LEFT_LOP/M and RIGHT_LOP/M floated if they are not being used.

I recommend to follow the indications of this wiki article. It contains useful tips to reduce noise in the board:

Additionally, do you know if the noise that you are observing is out-of-band noise? I mean, is it inaudible noise?

For out-of-band noise, we recommend to add a low-pass filter as mentioned in the document below:

I would recommend to try with a 1Kohm resistor and a 4.7nF capacitor.

Finally, if the problem persists, could you provide your registers configuration in order to have a better approach to this issue?
