TINA/Spice/TPA3255: Drawing with TPA3255

I do not find in the TINA-TI program the integrated circuit tpa3255 to draw a schematic with this circuit. How can I continue drawing the schema where I find the drawing for tpa 3255?

I've been able to complete the build of an amplifier with TPA 3255 including PFFB. It's great!
But I have another problem: the FAULT and CPL_OTW LEDs continuously illuminate. My montage is in BTL mode, pins 3 and 4 are connected to ground.
For the monitor I used the TPA3255EVM scheme.
Is it possible for some advice?
