I have pop sound issue in the TPA2038D1 audio amplifier part. I have used 0.1uf for DC coupling and operating in single ended mode. can you please help me to solve this issue?

My peak to peak line input is 3.3V and line is biased to 1.6V ( 3.3/2).

    Hello Tamilarasan,

    Welcome to E2E, thanks for your interest in our products.
    Unbalanced input can cause pop noise, you can use differential input instead of singled-ended input to avoid it.
    On the other hand, you could change the capacitor value to reduce pop noise, you could add a smaller capacitor.
