Can TAS5707A support mono audio I2S data?

End user has mono I2S support need, but the part only has stereo demo tools.

Can use 16 bit mode for mono I2S data or not, thanks

Hi,

This device can support 16-bit I2S. However, it only supports left-justified, right-justified, and I2S serial data formats. Could you please clarify what you mean by mono I2S? How is the end user presenting audio on the LRCLK and DATA I2S lines? This device can potentially be used as a mono device by muting one channel and sending the mono data when LRCLK corresponds to the unmuted channel.
