Hello Mickey! The easiest way to convert PWM to Analog as you noted is to pass the PWM through a Low Pass Filter. This will filter out the PWM and leave the audio behind. You can try a simple opamp based 2nd or 3rd order filter. As Jeff commented above, you need to convert PWM signal to analog signal for the input of the audio amplifier. As far as we know, there is no PWM input audio amplifier for now in the mainstream market. In the document which Jeff mentioned, you could find the filter reference circuit for the converter.

For the converting the PWM signal to the signal, the customer needs to conver the PWM signal to the differential signal to input the TPA3116D2,

can this be achieved?

You're right that TI have some PWM input audio amplifiers, but most of them are more than 10 years old. That's why my previous description is 'in mainstream market'. For those very old devices, it's hard to provide good support due to we have limited resource.
That's not to say you can't use the PWM input amplifiers in your application. Considering that it's more complex to convert a PWM signal to a differential signal, looks like PWM power stage device is a good choise. BTW, your search is for high power devices. You mean there is not a good way to convert the PWM signal to the differential signal? So you suggest the customer can choose the I2S input
devices, right? If so, but the input signal is the PWM signal, is the I2S input devices suitable for the customer's application?

a). The supply voltage is 19V~24V. b). The speaker is 50W/4 ohm for each channel.

Do we have the suitable PWM audio amplifier?

It looks the mid-power PWM audio amplifier that you recommend cannot meet the customer's requirements.
