TAS5766MRMTEVM: after PPC3 updated that caused the system calibration at hardware check failed

Hi Team,

we setup the TAS5766MRMTEVM on PPC3 environment, it works fine before I updated the TAS5766M and TAS5766M_Dual EVM Apps. However, after I updated the EVM apps by click the update button on the right side of TAS5766M_Dual, the PPC3 operation became failed. The problem is that when I open the PPC3 and choose the TAS5766M_Dual for system calibration, during the hardware check, it has shown up the error messages like below.

Can you please advise how to solve this problem and make the PPC3 work again? Thanks.

Hi Arthur,

I would suggest you try also the TAS5766M EVM app with your TAS5766MRMTEVM connected to PPCMB and see whether the same error messages show again. Make sure you click the "Connect" button on the bottom of PPC3 GUI before jumping to the System Calibration Page.

Hi Andy,

after I changed to another TAS5766MRMTEVM board and set the sampling rate to 48Khz, the problem is resolved. Thanks.
