LM4670: Reliability reports

Are there any reports on the reliability LM4670? I am need to create a MTBF / FIT calculation for a circuit with this chip and cannot find any helpful information.

Can I use the DPPM/FIT/MTBF estimator to get a realistic MTBF number for this part?

Hi Matt,

Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information as there are a lot of missing information about this device because this is an old device and the people who work with these devices aren't longer on TI.
