TAS5782MEVM: [Urgent] No sound after import the character data acquire by learning board

Hi Team,

I'm using learning board to acquire the character data of the speaker and then use TAS5782EVM to do the tuning.

Before I import the character data, audio output works. But after I imported the characterization data, no sound output.

Please help, urgent, thanks a lot,

I'm using latest plugin of TAS5782.

Hello Kevin! Andy is in China right now and can help with further questions later... but when looking at the PPC3 dashboard, does the lower-left TAS5782 show connected or off-line? You may need to do a power cycle disconnect for both the USB cable and the power supply from the board for a re-set. Andy, do you have any other ideas? Thanks, Jeff

Jeff,

Yes. Learning board, works fine, can play sound, acquire parameters (except the thermal), TAS5782MEVM, works fine if I don't import the characterization data. No sound output if I import the characterization data.

Do you have EVM to have a try?
