I have two LM386 with the following text :

1. LM386 M-82 17CXY

2. LM386 M-82 16CXY

Which are the differences between the two chips ? 16 or 17 what does it mean ?

Welcome to e2e. I will try to help you on this.
What package are these IC's? PDIP, SOIC or VSSOP? If you have any pictures it would be helpful.
Does these devices show any issue in its operation? What is this information needed for?
I would expect 16 or 17 code to be part of the date or lot code.

There are many other chip with the same name : LM386, LM386N, LM386 N-1..

What are the diffrence between them ?

Erik,

I can't find LM386M-82 data. LM386 on PDIP package should be marked as LM386N-1, LM386N-3 or LM386-N4.
All LM386N-1, LM386N-3 and LM386-N4 are the same device and performance should not change from one to another.

Erik,

Just wanted to add that LM386-N4 is the only one with some difference. It support higher supply voltage as shown in data sheet.
