TPA6132A2: Single Ended Input connection

Hi Sir/Madam,

Understanding from the datasheet, if i would like to connect using single ended input, i have to connect it to the -ve channel (INL- or INR-), but normally we are connecting to +ve channel for other amplifiers. May I know why TPA6132A2 will need to connect to the negative input instead? Will there be any phase change if connect to -ve channel?

Hi KH,

Using the INx- inputs will indeed cause a phase change.
You can use the INx+ instead, there should be no problem with that.

Hi Ivan,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I am not so understand if there is a phase change, why TI will recommend user to use INx- channel instead?
