I'm designing USB DAC and I need to support UPTO 32bit & 384KHz. How to match I2S clock from PCM2707C. Do I need additional sample rate converter ? What are the BCK, SCK and LRCK values for PCM2707C
The I2S output of the PCM2707C is 16bit, which the PCM5142 is capable of accepting, while the sample rate of the I2S signal should will be dictated by the sample rate provided by the USB source. Therefore you should not need a sample rate converter.
