TAS5766M: Linux software driver

TI does not develop Linux drivers for products like the TAS5766M, but the Purepath Console (PPC3) tool's GUI is able to generate any necessary header files based on any applicable tuning files. For additional dialog around this topic please reference: e2e.ti.com/.../1663763
