What is the required baking time and baking temperature when using the TAS5424C-Q1 after opening the packing and exceeding the dry pack unsealing time (MSL 3 = 168 h)?

Question 2.

What is the thermal conductivity(W/mK) of the TAS5424C-Q1 terminal?
