Hi,

I'm thinking that the TAS2505-Q1 cannot convert analog input signal to I2S signal because it doesn't have A/D Converter.

Is my understanding correct?

    Hi Kuramochi-san,

    You are correct. TAS2505 can't convert analog input to I2S as it only features DAC converter.
    If you want both DAC and ADC converters in one device, you can take a look at the TLV320AICx family of codecs.
    You can also post your system requirements and ask for a suggestion in the Audio Converters forum:
