Hello! The formula in the DS is a general one... there is a good app note that goes into all of the measurement detail located at: www.ti.com/.../sloa068.pdf. Otherwise, Rs is simply the summation of the series resistance of the output filter plus the devices Rdson. Thanks, Jeff

Hi jiangfan,

Rs means the all serial resistance in the output loop, excluding speaker load. Generally it includes Rdson, indcutor DCR, the output trace resistance and the connector contact resistance.
