Linux/TLV320DAC3100: TLV320DAC3100 linux driver for kernel 3.0.35

I just wondering if we have the linux driver for TLV320DAC3100 with linux kernel 3.0.35 ? I have checked with below link, but do not find the driver.

if we do not have the driver for linux kernel 3.0.35, how we can get it or make it?
