TPA3255: How much should the current from pvdd be?

It's difficult to answer that question since the current from PVDD will vary greatly depending on how much power you are expected to output. 

If you look at the TPA3255 datasheet on page 7, you can find the idle state current consumption and the 50% duty cycle current consumption. 

There is also the overcurrent limit protection value, found on the same page, that will give you a good idea of what the maximum current draw of the device should be close to.
