Hi,

I,m trying to build a digital audio effect box for vocal...something simple...

can you point me to some ADC's and DAC's?

the conversion will be on 16bits at 48khz...inputs should be differential and only one channel(does not bother if more).

line level inputs...

Hi Timotei,

I can recommend a few devices. Are you planning on implementing the effects with an on-board DSP? We have some devices with a built in DSP that may be capable of what you are looking for. We also have some discrete ADCs and DACs if you are looking to implement the effects with an external DSP.

- codec without DSP

- codec with DSP - there are few variants you can consider as well.

- discrete ADC with differential inputs - no DSP

- discrete DAC without DSP

- discrete DAC with DSP

the processing is made on an arm cortex m4...the adc and dac should be external...and i need some op amps for mic input, and for output, if you can show me some models...

My colleague, John Caldwell has many articles on the subject of microphone pre-amplifiers. Please take a look at some of them:

The PCM5122 audio DAC outputs at line level, so you should be good with that. If you look at the TI audio codecs, you can see that some have built in headphone amplifiers as well.
