TLV320DAC3101: temperature range up to 105°C

Hi,

my customer is asking if the TLV320DAC3101IRHBT is available also in a 105°C grade of if we have some caracterisation data ?

Alternative do we have a comparable part which fits up to 105°C ?

    Hi Olrik,

    TLV320DAC3101 does not support 105°C so there is no char or spec data for this temperature.
    What are the features you're looking for in TLV320DAC3101? Perhaps there is a Q1 device that can cover the requirements.
