PCM1863: PCM1863: Why I can't read register value via I2C?

Hi team,

Customer want to use I2C to read register value, but it always return 00.

They can write value in register, and on the same I2C bus, they can read/write  the register of EEPROM.

So, how to solve this issue?

    Hi, Maksim,

    Can you please check with customer the I²C address used to communicate with the PCM1863?. Do you know if the write commands are working for the device (i.e. the part is able to get configured and play audio)?.
