Using the PGA without using the AGC-function

Hi,

I intend to use the TLV320AIC3106. I need the PGA-section but do not want the AGC to interfere (be turned off) i.e. the total

amount of achieved gain should be constant. Can this device support this?

    Hello Frans,

    By default, the AGC is disabled, so the amount of gain in ADC path is equal to the value programmed in Page 0 / Registers 15-16.

    The AGC will not be active as long as Page 0 / Registers 26 and 29 , bit D7 is '0'.
