Audio suggestion for customer design request...

Dear Sirs,

Below block is my customer need!

The system is just like audio broadcasting system. Interface between device and host is I2S.

Host side: it need volume control function via VR(resistor), spk out is mono of 2~3W output power, 4or 8ohm spk. Need mixer to mix all 4 channel inputs.

Device: mono spk out with 1~2W output power, each device can output the Mic signal that comes from host.

Please help to give me the suggestion for audio solutions.

    Hi Peter,

    There are several thing I would like to ask about the system requirements:
    - The four blocks from the left need analog mic in and mix it with I2S input signal? What is coming from the upper right block? A codec would fit in here.
    - The upper right block is analog mic input that will be taken into I2S output? An ADC would fit in here.
    - The lower right block (Host?) needs four I2S inputs that will be mixed and send to SPK and HP outputs? The volume control through resistor is needed here?
    - Is this a portable solution?
