Hello

I am promoting TAS2559 and TAS2557 to customer.

Customer is studying out competitor's smart amp also.

Customer hope some document about TI's strongess agains competitor.

( I had attached excel which I made for your refference)

Would you please advise about our feature/strongness?

I think THD is best if PFFB used in TAS2557/TAS2559.

Also, spread spectrum is only TI's feature.

And also, TI has number of products ( and experience) in regard to class-D amp.

Do you have plan to stereo product in TAS25xx family ?

Hi Shibatani-san,

I'll help you on Q1, let me check your spreadsheet.
About Q2, right now a DSP SmartAmp can be used along with a non-DSP to form a stereo system. It would be something like TAS2559/7/5+TAS2560. Are you looking for a stereo SmartAmp in a single chip?

Dear Ivan-san

Thank you for your answer so quickly!

I will infrom our storong point against competitor .

Anyway, NXP has 1 chip stereo (TFA9888).

I will inform customer that we don't have 1chip stereo , but TAS2559 plus TAS 2560 is our suggestive solution, because following EVM are released.
