TPA6111A2: Connecting mono input to TPA6111A2 stereo amplifier

Hi,

I am planning to use TPA6111A2 in audio design, but my audio signal is mono, how can I connect it with TPA6111A2. I have though two way in which I can connect it to IC

1) Giving mono input signal to both audio input

2) Keeping one on the pin to ground, and other to mono signal

Hi Tapas,

You should use the second one that is a single-ended configuration. This configuration is used for applications with a mono audio input.
