TAS5624ADDVEVM: GUI is not as described in the EVM User's Guide

I just fired up the 5624 EVM without mishap.

I than ran through the GUI Software Installation and EVM Startup sequence as described in the User's Guide slau376A.

Unfortunately that’s where things don’t match up. The GUI window I get says “TAS5538 EVM” and the data in register 0x00 reads “00”, not “6C”. See below. It was suggested I click READ again, but the data received remains "00".

Please help!

Unfortunately your image did not come through, could you resubmit?

Do you see the EVM board in your device manager? How is it listed?

My device manager only shows one extra device - titled "unknown".

It did not come through. There is a preview image on the upload page. If that image is not showing then the image will not show on the forum.
