Dear Sir,

Customer using aic3254 EVM but shows USB error message as below, is EEPROM issue? How can we fix it?

    Hi, Ian,

    Is it possible to translate the message to english?, I'm sorry but I cannot validate if the issue is related to the EEPROM with the picture. It is possible that the EEPROM of the EVM is corrupt so the device is not being recognized properly. If this is the case,  in order to fix the EEPROM firmware, please follow the steps mentioned in this wiki entry.
