Is it possible to drive earphone speakers and mic using TLV320AIC1110 Codec?

    Yes, it is possible, However we do not recommend this device for new designs. I would suggest the TLV320AIC3104, which is a more flexible, and higher performance device with a lower price tag.

    The TLV320AIC1110 was designed in the early 2000s, and there are very few of our customers still using this device. The design files are archived, and the design team is long gone. Our ability to support this device is therefore limited.
    While the official status of this device is "Active" I cannot say how much longer that will be the case. Most of our customers have moved to newer devices with higher performance, more flexibility, smaller form factor, lower price. Such as the TLV320AIC3104 that I mentioned before.

    The TLV320AIC3104 is still widely used, the design database is not archived, we have design support, and there is also a lot of support documentation for this device.
