Hi,

is TLV320AIC3100 capable of communicating in full duplex via I2S? We need to play speaker and read MIC at the same time.

Yes, of course. This is necessary in many audio systems, and the DIN and DOUT on the Audio Serial Bus of the TLV320AIC3100 can be used simultaneously.
