TPA3131D2: Got pop noise from SDZ and Mute pin

Hello.

When we use the TPA3131D2 got pop noise after canceling Mute and SDZ. Below is schematic for you reference. Please help provide your suggestions to solve this problem. Thanks for help~

Hi AJ,

Could you please use 0Ohm resistor for R5287 to make the impedanace balanced on the INN and INP?

PLease set MUTE pin to High to mute the output when pull up SDZ pin, then set MUTE pin to Low to enable the output after the input common voltage is set up ready.

R5296 and PA3131D2 Pin5 is not used. In this case I still need to modify R5287 ? Thanks for kindly help~

Hi AJ,
If the device is used in PBTL mode and L channel is not used, please just connect the LINN and LINP to directly and don't need to modify R5287.

Hi AJ,

Thanks for the update. Please let me confirm, did you follow this procedure.

Please delay a long time between Stage3 and Stage4. In this period, the common mode voltage can be set up ready.

Please also show the SCH for the ouput part.

Could you please help to do the following experiment:

Connect the four analog signal input to GND through 1uF capacitor. Then toggle SDZ, see if the pop performance is improved.
