Hello,
We have a customer who has already purchased the TAS2557EVM, and has tried downloading the Purepath software, but keeps getting the run-around. From the Support side, we reached out to someone, who reached out to a few other people in the management chain, who advised to have the customer contact E2E and request the software here, as, the links to download the software go nowhere (after approval).
Could someone please contact me directly so we can assist the customer?
