TAS5782M: Question of the TAS5782 Programming Sequence

Hello Sirs,

We are supporting customer to switch two CFGs with different sound effect with the TAS5782, however, we got no sound problem when switching to new CFG which needs power down and power up the TAS5782 again. Would you pls review the enclosed CFGs and provide recommendations if we need to add certain delay time between write new CFG into the TAS5782 device? Should we add software reset when loading new CFG?

    Hi Wayne,

    I tried your attached CFG1 and CFG2 with TAS5782 EVM board, and both of them have normal audio output.

    1. Power up EVM, provide stable I2S clock using USB input
    2. After download CFG1, the music is normal.
    3. Switch to download CFG2, there is also music output.
    4. The music will be muted during script download.

    Could you also follow above steps to double check with EVM board? 

    What's more, I'm wondering how is the I2S status during two CFG switching with customer system?
