PCM1808: The sample rate range of PCM1808

Hi team,

Could you please help to check if we have the range requirement of the sample rate? In other words, if typical sample rate frequency is 48KHz, and I test the actual sample rate frequency is 47Khz, how to judge this actual sample rate frequency is OK or not?

    Hi, Fery,

    Typically we don't provide a range to determine of the sampling rate is correct, it is expected to be as close as possible the standard sampling rate (i.e. 48KHz). I have seen some cases where certain devices detect an error with a variation below 1%, whereas others are more flexible and are capable of accepting larger variations. As the PCM1808 is a quite old device, it would be complicated to find if this range variation is available somewhere.
