Hi there,

I am unable to install / see the motherboard when plugging it into my computer. It shows up as an "Unknown Device" and instantly fails hardware check. Can't seem to find any specified drivers to make it work.

There is no option to "Connect" in the bottom left of PPC3.

USB plugged in, and voltage supplied to amplifier board.

    Could you please let me know which device are you evaluating? Did you try to reinstall the PPC software? You don't need to install any driver to make it work - everythin is included in the PPC software installation. Have the boards ever worked normally previously please?

    I am trying to evaluate a TAS5733 Class D Amplifier. I tried re-installing the software, and the boards work fine on my colleague's computer.

    Please install the software on-line, instead of downloading the packet and installing it locally. Is there any difference in the operation system between yours and your colleague's? Is there any problem in your USB port? Please try to power up the baord and then plug it into the computer by USB.
