TAS6424LQ1EVM: Cannot get access to PPC3 software, several attempts have failed

I have a TAS6424Q1EVM board that I bought from Digikey about 6 weeks ago. I was granted access to the TAS6424 extension to the PPC3 software, but there was no access to the PPC3 software itself, or instructions on how to get it.

I have sent to TI numerous requests for access to the PPC3 software but those requests have been ignored.

This makes it impossible to test this part and use it in a new design. TI should be aware that setting up roadblocks to evaluating their parts will not encourage engineers to incorporated their components.

Please tell me how to get access to the PPC3 software.

Hi Gregg,
Thanks for the prompt reply.

When I go to the 'My Secure Software' page, I read this:
"To install, simply open PurePath Console 3 and click Sign in. These Apps should then appear under Available EVM Apps. Refer to the User Manual below for details."

I do not see any place to open PurePathConsole3 or download that software. What am I missing?
