TPA3255: PowerPad, connect to grounded heat sink

Part Number: TPA3255

On the TPA3255, can the heat sink be left electrically floating, or does it have to be tied to ground?

I have an application that may require analog ground to be elevated up to 60 volts over earth ground.
I would like to electrically isolate the heat sink using a thermally conductive insulator so the heat sink can be at earth ground potential.
This would be preferable to having the entire heat sink at +60 volts.
