Hi
The pop sound issue can reproduce on CC85XX Headset EVK when we apply input voltage to LDOIN(LDO_SEL connect with VDD) and VDD at same time.
Does there have any notice with power on/off sequece for AIC3204?
Regards

Hi, Jimmy,
LDOIN and VDD are tied, so I would expect them to be powered together , it is actually strange that you can hear the pop noise during power-up as the headphone outputs should be off by default. In general, it is recommended to keep the device in Reset state until all the power supplies are stable to make sure al the blocks of the device return to the default state.

Hi, Jimmy,
This is unexpected as the headphone drivers are turned Off by default. Are you applying an external voltage to AVDD pin?, the CC85XX Headset EVK provides a connection to LDOIN, which actually is set to enable the internal LDO of the part when LDO_SEL is connected to VDD.
