In order to verify the device, TI needs to know how it was purchased.
Please provide the TI Distributor it was acquired from and what part number you expect it to be.
TI can then find the details on the device.

Hi,

I saw your last message" Can you share with me your shipping information from Mouser for this device. The markings on it are actually from a pre-production engineering samples build. For this device there is no functional difference between the pre-production and production devices, but it is not typical that they would end up in distributor inventory. ", but why you deleted that message?

Another question about the shipping information, can you point what is the detailed information? sale number? tracking number?

Hi,

I am working directly with Mouser on this issue. The parts are the correct device but they have the wrong topside marking. We are working to have mouser exchange them for parts with the correct marking. My apologies for the confusion.

The parts you have are internally correct, but they are not marked properly. We have confirmed that they are still the right devices and are trying to work with mouser to have them exchanged for ones with proper markings. My apologies for the slow process.
