While doing a new board layout using the DIX4192, noticed diagram Fig 72 of datasheet shows XLR connection with pin#3 as positive phase connection. This is in reverse to what is specified for this type of balanced connection i.e pin#3 negative and pin#2 positive
Any issues connecting this way?

As far as the digital XLR connector goes, the AES/EBU interface spec has below description for the pinout -
As mentioned in the footnote, the relative polarity is not important as long as the source and receiver match.
