TPA6133A2: TPA6133 Abnormal Output

Hi Sirs,

Customers got TPA6133 failure which loses positive cycles at channel left output. Is this failure related to fly-caps across CPP, CPN, CPVS or IC damage?

Hi Wayne,

Do you have a schematic/layout so we can take a look?
Is there a chance that you can get captures of both VDD pins, as well as CPP, CPN and CPVSS? The right channel is working fine?
