TPA2012D2: Increase power speaker - OUTL + OUTR

Hello,

as shown in the title i use the TPA2012D2 to amplify the signal witch comes from a WL8731L Audio Codec (HPLOUT/HPROUT).
(G0 - High / G1 - Low) --> Gain (4) 4V/4V / dB 12 

I coupled the input with resistors and capacitors. 
Now i want to use a 8 Ohm - 1.4W Speaker but the output drives only 720mW at 3.6V

Is it possible to use both outputs for one speaker to increase the power?

    Hi Kevin,

    Welcome to E2E, thanks for your interest in our devices.
    TPA2012D2 is a stereo Class-D Amplifier and a speaker can only be connected to an output.
    You can use a 5V power supply to achieve this output power level.
