the customer used two groups of input, set IN1 as MiclN, IN3 as LineIN.
when switch to IN3 and set input of IN1 as Mute, blow to Mic, there is a sound at HPL/HPR.
why it happens?

This situation is unexpected, once the connection with the IN1 is disabled there should be no audio from IN1 to the headphone output. The only situation where this is possible is if the input signal of the mic is exceeding the recommended input levels of the device, causing saturation on the ADC. Do you have any capture or more information about the sound that can be heard once the IN1 is disconnected?. Apart from the registers shown in the picture, are you configuring anything else when switching the output?.
