I was cleared to download this software at the time of purchase. I lost the software during a computer crash and have made to recent requests to download this software. I have not received a response. How can I obtain this software for the relatively expensive PCM5242RHBEVM?

My TI.com email is graham641@gmail.com. I was previously cleared and downloaded the software but it has been awhile and I lost the software during a computer crash.

Hi Doug,

Try going directly to ti.com/mysecuresoftware. It should ask you to log in, and you will need to use the email address you provided me. PPC should be listed on that page.
