DRV135: balance ratio variation with load

Part Number: DRV135

Hi

The DRV135 datasheet states that SBR 'signal balanced ratio' is -35dB (min) when loaded using the Test Circuit (Figure 26 in the datasheet).

How much does the ratio vary with load? i.e What is the ratio when the load is 10Kohms?

Does it increase or reduce?

Thanks

  • Hi Steven,
I don't believe we have measurements over different load conditions for the Signal Balance Ratio measurement. That said, that parameter will depend most on the matching between the two internal 50 ohm resistors in the DRV135, and mismatch would increase with higher loading, due to an increased voltage drop across each 50 ohm resistor. Therefore, the 10k load condition should exhibit a better SBR than the 600 ohm load case shown.
