    Hi Yangbo,

    Pin 12 must be connected to the same supply as pin 20. Each VDD pin should have its own decoupling capacitor so please keep C284 and C285.
    Another suggestion is that if the output connector will be directly in contact with human body, some protection could be used to prevent ESD into the output pins of the device.
