TPA3116D2: Need Tc Specification

We need to use temperature information to confirm that the IC is in compliance. Do you have Tc (Temperature case) value of TPA3116D2 or how to calculate.

But Rθ(sa) and Rθ(cs) are difficult to measure. Can you provide us with other simpler ways to confirm the specifications of the IC thermal?

The test setup is described very detailed in that document. Unfortunately we don't have any other one. As I mentioned above, this is not easy to setup, and users can use that info for their thermal calcualtion directly - I don't think users need to replicate this measurement.

Hi AJ,
Some formula are shown in the section 2.2, users could calcualte the junction temprature with them. THe junction temprature usually should be lower than 135C to avoid OT fault with the max outoput power(power dissipation).
