Hello Team,

Could you help please with our customer's question:
They configured file tree for codec TAS5720 (in attachment)
Device tree.docx

An error appears when playing a sound file. (in attachment)


What can they do to solve the problem?

    Unfortunately, it seems most likely an ALSA driver integration issue instead of a TAS5720A-Q1 device issue and we are not the expert on the SoC in your system. I would suggest you try to get some help from the software provider, like the company who provides the kernel source for your system. If you have any question regarding the TAS5720A-Q1 configurations or hardware design, we definitely can give you some help.
