Is it allowed to supply power only to DVDD, and not to apply to AVDD and PVDD ?

My device can be powered through а USB connector аs well аs from an external power source. In case of power being provided through the USB, it's necessary to prevent sound generation on hardware level. For that purpose TAS5720A-Q1 IC should be (if that is possible) suplied only through DVDD line. In the case of external power source, TAS5720A-Q1 IC will be supplied through all the necessary lines.

When you were saying "it's necessary to prevent sound generation on hardware level", did you refer to pop & click noise?

Not exactly. What I actually want to do is to block any possibility to generate sounds (intentional or not) when device is powered through the USB.

Hi Dmitry,

You don't have to shut down PVDD and AVDD, as long as you follow the recommended startup procedure below.

The key is to pull the /SPK_SD low so that TAS5720A-Q1 will be placed into shutdown.
